HEA Social Events

Socials are held throughout the year with complimentary appetizers and special fundraising opportunities to benefit the HEA Scholarship Fund. Contact the HEA Scholarship & Lottery (a.k.a. Social) Chair or your building rep with questions or for the scholarship form. Sign up for the trivia social using this form.

HEA Meetings

All-Member Meetings:

• Convocation (first day back) -- Aug. 30, 2023
• Annual Meeting -- April 4, 2024
  (first Thursday of April unless told otherwise at Convocation and located in HHS auditorium unless decided otherwise by the Exec Board)

Executive Board Meetings:
​Monthly Executive Board meetings are on the first Thursday of every month at 3:30pm. Contact the HEA Secretary for dates and locations (and link/password if on Zoom). Executive Board Meetings are open to HEA members per the HEA President.
