HEA Social Events

Socials are held throughout the year with complimentary appetizers and special fundraising opportunities to benefit the HEA Scholarship Fund, supporting one HHS student (get the application form from Guidance) and one HEA dependent (form here). Contact the HEA Scholarship & Lottery (a.k.a. Social) Chair or your building rep with questions.

HEA Meetings

All-Member Meetings:
  • Convocation (first day back) -- Aug. 28, 2024
  • Annual Meeting -- April 3, 2025
    (first Thursday of April unless told otherwise at Convocation and located in HHS auditorium unless decided otherwise by the Exec Board)
Executive Board Meetings:
​Monthly Executive Board meetings are on the first Thursday of every month at 3:45pm. Contact the HEA Secretary for dates and locations (and link/password if on Zoom). Executive Board Meetings are open to HEA members.
